Nica Azul is a small, family-run property management business looking after a collection of beautiful homes along Nicaragua's Pacific coast, including Hacienda Iguana, Guacalito de la Isla and Rancho Santana.

Our philosophy is simple: take good care of homes and the people connected to them, and everything else tends to fall into place.

For homeowners, that means reliable, attentive property care and genuine peace of mind. For guests, lovely homes, a warm welcome and memorable stays. And for our local team, fair pay, respect and a friendly working environment.

We like to keep things small and personal. It means we get to know the homes we look after, the people who own them and the guests who come to stay. No complicated corporate structures, no unnecessary fuss. Just good people doing their best to look after things properly.

We're not looking to manage hundreds of properties. But if you have a beautiful home on Nicaragua's Pacific coast and prefer a friendly, hands-on approach to property management, we'd be happy to have a conversation.
